Zomick's Bakery, the home of the Zomick's Bread / Zomick's Challah has been a proud user and supporter of the Forecastbar Enhanced addon in the past. It seems that there are no good addons of this category, cause there are a ton of other ones full with memory leaks, spyware codes embedded in them and whatever not... This bakery did really trust this addon and truly believes that if Forecastbar returns in the newer versions of Firefox that will be great. It will be a great sign for a positive, more competitive weather addons and bad times for the competition. Nonetheless this plugin had all the potential it needed, it was intuitive, the weather information was accurate as a laser pointer, and on top of all this it was free. Nowadays the market is being dominated by Accuweather, whose service is more and more implemented in many weather-location services. They seem to make the competition look inferior in comparison, but I believe that Forecast Enhanced had the same quality, if not qualities. So this review is more a begging for a return, rather than a classical review. If anyone hears, reads or sees this, please write back about your future plans, or future "no"-plans. Thank you in advance - Zomick's Kosher Bakery
Hi there. I have a question for you. I really like this add-on for me and it is not very helpful. Therefore, a long time I was an old section in mozilla, but need for new plugins to put the latest version. When do you intend to create a compatible version of Forecastbar Enhanced 0.9.6 new series mozlila?
I miss Forecastbar Enhanced. It was hands down the best weather bar out there. Forecastfox does not update the radar properly, and I'm getting tired of fighting it. Aniweather doesn't even come close. Please make Forecastbar Enhanced compatible with Firefox 8!
I love this addon. It works perfect for me. Small, unobtrusive, customizable. Does everything I need it to do. I really like that you can have a custom size (1200x900 pixels is what I use) radar map show up just by hovering your mouse over the radar icon. I do not like Forecastfox, so I will stay with this for now. Any chance of an update for FF4 or FF5?
A must have extension. If I go to 4.0 I lose this extension that has always worked AND I lose the status bar, where I keep the Forecastbar and other icons. If I didn't like the clutter of the statusbar, I would hide it until mouseover by using the stylish style, "statusbar: mouseover for cluttter". Wait a minute... I do use that style. How hard is that. Now with 4.0 no statusbar and while Status-for-evar has come to the rescue, it simply is not enough.
