Hi! I've submitted a version 1.4.11.11 that works with Thunderbird 60. It should auto-update once it has been approved by the add-ons reviewers; or you can install directly from https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/downloads/file/629833/archive_this-1.4.11.11-tb.xpi
Yes yes yes! Used Linux forever but switched to Mac for a few years. Became addicted to Mail Act-On for Mail.app and when I just now switched back I was looking for a work-alike. This is it! Works fantastically, thanks

Thanks for letting me know about the issue! I've uploaded a fix to the addons site (version 1.4.10.0), and am waiting for approval for it to be published.
Works great. Once rule is setup, it can operate that rule on the highlighted email with a shortcut key. It can search and goto a folder with a shortcut key. Time saving add on. Thank you.

Unfortunately, it does not work with one of my IMAP Subfolders. The Shortcut is assigned, but nothing happens. (Maybe I will change my folder structure to work around this.)

This is the most used add-on in Thunderbird. This just makes organization so easy with about 40 folders in the mailbox. The developer is awesome. Reported a bug; fixed the next day. Thank you.

One of most useful tools which exist for Thunderbird! Just one feature is missing: I would like to be able to copy the configurations from my desktop to my notebook...

Thanks! I've wanted to add a mechanism for synching configurations, or at least transferring them back and forth. It's more complicated than it seems, since each Thunderbird instance might know the same servers under different names. It's on my list of things to do, but I'm not sure when I'll have time to add it.
This is the addon that should come first in google search when searching for "thunderbird shortcut move mail to folder". It is fast to setup, and efficient to use. Makes me definitely more productive :) Thank you!

This is awesome! I got a keyboard shortcut to move messages and a way to search destination folder .... I cannot begin to describe how many minutes this is saving me everyday! HUGE THANKS!!!

I have a handful different messages I need to review as they come in, and then save in a folder. I typically review between 50 and a hundred of these messages a day. Archive This allows me send the messages to their respective folders with one keyboard move. And I can highlight a bunch of the messages and send them with one keyboard move. A real asset for those who hate to take their hand of the keyboard to grab the mouse

This does exactly what I wanted. With one key, I can send mail to whatever predetermined folder I've chosen. If there's no filter set up, it pops up the filter creation window to make one.
In another email client (Evolution), I did the same thing by creating filters that only applied if the mail was read, then manually applied filters, but it was much clunkier and much slower.
The one feature I would like to see added is a block to stop processing any mail that is unread or starred. An alternative would be allowing the filters to have multiple conditions that must be met (which could then include the read status, for example).

Excellent add-on! I have one request, though, to make it perfect for my use:For the filter, include "LABEL" on the if-field.Since I use labels in Thunderbird, with a gmail imap account, this would be SUPER-AWESOME, as it would make labels in TB sync with labels in Gmail (by filtering and moving labeled mails to the folders that gmail interprets as labels). Please consider adding this in an update - I´d happily donate to make this happen.
EDIT: If you also added a functionality for adding labels, we´d get at working 2-way sync between gmail labels and TB labels.
