Adds a button to the message view toolbar to copy the message ID to the clipboard. This is useful when sending email replies via the command line.

Adds a button to the message display pane to copy the Message-ID for the selected message to the clipboard in one click.

Added the ability to include newlines in prefixes and suffixes.
