Since version 1.5.3 CTB is available for Linux and macOS too. Some settings are Windows exclusive and therefore not present on Linux and macOS.

Small toolbar button appearance got removed in Firefox 8 and large toolbar button appearance in Firefox 14 and Thunderbird 15. Classic Toolbar Buttons add-on offers settings to restore old button appearance for all main toolbars on Firefox, Thunderbird and Seamonkey and additionally many other toolbar button related tweaks.

All settings are for the default theme, but they "may" work with other themes and toolbar-styling add-ons too, like L.A.R Grizzlys themes, Statini Super theme, Strata M4 theme, Tangerinefox theme and maybe others!
