Absolutely great add-on. I'm so happy that it works for all new TB versions again.

does not work in TB 52. The filter buttons work, but the quick filter search bar returns nothing. I like the idea behind this add-on, but have to revert back to the default QFBar till this issue can be fixed. I hope the developer is still supporting this add-on as it is something I would most definately use. By the way, I am running Tb on windows 10 64 bit

I recently switched over from Outlook to Thunderbird and was looking for an easy way of distributing incoming mails over various "in-boxes" . TotalQuickFilter does the job very easily and intuative.
Just wondering if there is a way to backup the filters I made.

Reporting a problem where use of TotalQuickFilter 3.3 is causing
Thunderbird 45.0 to be locked into a blank set of panels under Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit, Version 1511, OS Build 10586.104, on a Dell E6510 Latitude Laptop.

This behavior is the same as that I also reported on earlier with this title, "TotalQuickFilter 3.2 addon causing Thunderbird locked with blank window," at this URL:

Previously, using it under Win/7, I was very pleased with its functionality.

Must be some bad mojo with another add-on. Can't use this anymore. If you run into the same problem, start TB in safe mode and remove/delete TotalQuickFilter.

TB 38/Win7 ...both latest greatest.

A great add-on. It is only necessary to understand how it works. I did not find analogues.

This add-on adds useful features to Thunderbird's underpowered Quick Filter Bar. It makes searching messages much more flexible and can be readily configured.

This add-on is not very real estate friendly. Regardless of how buttons and spacing are configured, it's a full-width toolbar and cannot be confined to the space above the message list like the default bar. Initially, it's always in Icons+Text mode and does not respect the existing toolbar settings, though if changed to Text and then back to Icons it will work. There seems to be no difference between small and large icons, and (a minor point) the default icons don't have much elegance.

Although many options are gained, the simple body, subject, sender... buttons that appear on the default bar are not available; these options now require two clicks rather than one.

Lastly, my long-standing grumble about the original bar is that Ctrl+Shift+K brings it up, but this shortcut doesn't toggle it - no way to hide it again by keyboard. I hoped that TotalQuickFilter would add this convenient toggle, but it doesn't.

1) Cannot move filter bar above message list (not above accounts tree).
2) Cannot change view (layout) at all when this addon is switch on (classic, wide, vertical).
3) Cannot remove text near icons on filter bar.
4) Let it "addition" filter icons (From, To, and other) appear in second row?
