Since 2017-08-29 version 4.9.0 is broken on Seamonkey 2.48. The current version 4.9.1 works as fine as the former version 4.8.0. Thanks to the author for his fast reaction.

Works great with Seamonkey 2.24 after adding the em:targetApplication description, see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/SeaMonkey_2 .

To install in Seamonkey just add a <em:targetApplication> section as shown in http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1355415#p6948645.

Calendar has now an own window and is an item in the Taskbar. Withdraws the calendar from just being a tab in the Mail Component. Functionality is fine and stable. A little artwork polishing of the user interface would be fine.

Works under Seamonkey 2, too!
Needed to add the targetApplication in install.rdf [1] and to set extensions.thunderbox.boxen.0.addressbookURI = "moz-abmdbdirectory://abook.mab" [2].
