Can user change number of messages headers to show messages-list from each feed-list in summaries for RSS-accounts...?

When I try to create message - Thunderbird freeze and I see gray window without any symbols.

Very good! :)
But when I import contacts from vCard 3 created by KAddressBook:
1) When importing data Cardbook use standart names of types - not my names from options.
2) After import I see some X-fileds in vCard-file - but I do not see it in list of columns of Cardbook and... (see (2)).
3) ...I do not see it as field in contact`s card (under list of contacts).
4) I see some columns in list of columns of Cardbook - but I cannot edit it by GUI.
5) I want to add my own field "Department" - how I can do it?

Questions:
1) Can user change blue background of CardBook to his own background`s colour?
2) Can user add his own fields to cards?
3) Can You add horizontal scroll bar to card`s table (to see all feilds)?
4) Can You add card-view (not only table-view) to card`s view?

Version 1.7pre from official site install and work on Thunderbird 38.2.0 good !
