A buggy add-on. First, covers up email text. When you move it, it just disappears.
Notes are useful when they locate a certain spot, you can read and handle it from there, they are searchable and manageable. This add-on doesn't provide that.

Useful and necessary addon for those who need more control and flexibility handling its emails but there is room for improvement in its execution.

I have used it years without having reply to all button as it isn't there by default. Just today I finally found the option to add, remove and rearrange buttons. I find it's too tricky to find the right place though.

Must to have add-on which makes Thunderbird as comprehensive and capable email program for sending out many customized letters at once.
In case you experience some trouble with umlauts in sent emails just try with different encoding mode in add-on options (UTF-8 or Windows-1252/ANSI). For example when you download CSV from Google Spreadsheet it's in UTF-8, so you should set Mail Merge encoding accordingly. When you open that file with MS Excel all umlauts are messed up and shown öö etc. though. Don't let you bother from it. See how it looks with Notepad. And, most certainly, makes sure how it look in email by sending some test letters to your own address(es).
Of course there are odds and ends which can be better but definitely an add-on worth donation.

Would be handy extension if this not cause problems with some websites. As far as I used it (latest ver.1.3.8), it prevented to open and load pictures on some webpages.
